Discover What Truly Moves Your Business Forward

Our 3-part Discovery Process is designed to uncover your brand's essence, connect it with your ideal customer and bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. In the end, you'll have a document that serves as the foundation for your next steps—whether that's refining or reimagining your brand, developing a marketing strategy, or creating tools like a new website.

Start with a Free Strategy Session

Part 1: We Start With You

In our first session we take a deep dive into your business — your mission, values, wins and challenges. We want to understand your story, your goals and what success looks like for you.

  • Understand your brand’s history and voice and motivation
  • Define key goals
  • Explore your current footprint

Part 2: Your Ideal Customer

This session is all about your audience. We help you paint a clear picture of your ideal customer — what they care about, how they behave online, and what drives them to take action.

  • Build a detailed customer persona
  • Find customer pain points
  • Find where your customer are

Part 3: The Engagement Gap

This is where we uncover the gap between your brand and your audience. Where are opportunities being missed? What messaging, design or digital touchpoints need to evolve? This final meeting helps shape the strategy that will guide our work together.

  • Identify friction points in communication
  • Discover untapped engagement opportunities
  • Lay the groundwork for a powerful brand experience

What to Expect

We make it easy, enjoyable and eye opening. This process only takes roughly three hours of your time, split up between three sessions. We'll want every important stakeholder in the meetings. As we go through this process we do extensive research and work in the background. In the end we organize your information and develop your Discovery Document that tells your story, sets you apart and identifies your path forward. We expect you to be committed to the process also.

  • We do the heavy lifting
  • Extensive research
  • A document that tells who you are, who your customers are and where you need to be
